As you probably read earlier, Amblix rose to become King of the Realm at a relatively young age. But what you haven't learned of is how he became what he is now. After his village, Farun, was pillaged and destroyed, he swore revenge on the Loian forces. Amblix fled to the distant village, Rantog, where he met many friends who helped him develop his magic and warrior skills. Mantor, an old centaur, gave him daily lessons on combat and scouting skills as well as providing him a home and food. On days when he was not enhancing his combat skills, he spent his time with Scorcia, a retired, but still young sorceress. She taught him the art of different types of magics. Amblix's uncontrollable curiosity of the art of magics allowed him to learn quickly and soon became one of Scorcia's best students. Throughout his training in Rantog, he developed a sense of loyalty and pride to the realm that he lived in. Along the way, he also made many friends within the village who helped him overcome the most of the hatred he had for the Loians and taught him that patience would be an important factor if he was to fight them in the battlefield.

Within a few years, both Mantor and Scorcia had taught him all that they could and now it was up to him to put his skills to use. Before he left, Mantor gave him a sword that he had personally crafted. Scorcia's gift was her enchantment of the sword that allowed only Amblix to use it's unique power of controlling the element, ice, the field in which Amblix excelled the most, during his training. There, at that spot, Amblix decided to name his gift, Elvendor, after the elves of the forest whom he admired greatly. After leaving, he traveled as a nomad from one place to the other. Whenever he saw a Loian army clash with an army of the Realm, he always joined in to get a share of the blood. There were many accounts from people seeing him in the battlefield, but no one knew who he was. Many people began referring to him as the "Shadowed Warrior", until his nomadic journeys ended....and elevated to something higher....

He eventually journeyed to Magrim, a village that lied just 10 miles east of Farun, his home village. There, he rallied many farmers and villagers to take arms against the Loians. Defeating the Loian army would take more than man power, so Amblix personally trained the villagers into an elite legion that would eventually strike fear into the hearts of any Loian army daring to venture too close to him.

At his first battle, Amblix and his army reached the Loian army just in time. The demons had an army of the Realm boxed up from all sides. With lust for Loian blood, Amblix's legion charged down the hills from strategic locations slaughtering the Loian warlocks and other spell weavers before they even had a chance to think up any spells. The battle was vicious because of the legion's low numbers, even with the aid of the trapped army of the Realm. Blood splattered everywhere and several soldiers from both sides fell every second. Amblix lashed out arches of fatal ice whips with sword taking down hundreds of Loians at a time. Most of the Loian demons carried no weapons but, instead, tore their victims apart with massive claws or crushed and ripped them in half with their razor sharpened teeth. Many good men fell that day, but Amblix's legion and the army of the Realm was victorious, giving finally them a win after five years of fighting. Because of the recent assassination of the previous king, another one just as skilled was needed to take his place. When Amblix returned with the army to the capitol, he was cheered and applauded by thousands. The Unaque, a secret council of elders, unanimously elected Amblix to become the new King of the Realm. He had no reason not to accept, so now he is what he is, ruler and highest general of this Realm...
